Weight loss story: “I have lauki or karela juice after my lunch”


My breakfast:I only take a glass of milk with some egg whites. On some days, it’s oatmeal

My lunch: Regular home cooked food, and a while later, a glass of healthy vegetable juice like ash gourd or bitter gourd.

My dinner: I like to take something light for my dinners. Usually it’s something like a big bowl of slightly tossed salads or soup.

Pre-workout meal: Green coffee

Post- workout meal: Green tea

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days):I allow myself to have my favourite junk foods on cheat days, such as pizza, biryani, burgers etc.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Oatmeal is both tasty and healthy
