What was the lowest point for you? The fact that I had to forego things I once loved and couldn’t live without- alcohol, daily partying and having junk food.
Lessons learnt from weight loss: Fitness is not a side hobby but a priority we all should be careful with. God gave us this life to live and not just to eat alone. Have whatever you like eating in moderate quantities, fill up your appetite till 80%. Do not take in extra calories till it’s actually needed.
