I’ve always had a thing for salt & vinegar chips, something about that tangy taste that made one chip or even one bag, not enough…. Although, the number of calories and lack of nutrients I was feeding my body was way more than enough. So, I made a way to turn my favorite savory tangy treat into a nutrition-packed, aid-in weight loss snack! & this is how I did it…
Cucumbers! that’s right, Cucumbers! if you don’t like the taste of cucumbers don’t worry because as long as you like salt & vinegar chips, I promise it won’t be disappointing.
Ingredients
. 1 Cucumber, sliced
. 4 tablespoons of Distilled white vinegar
. Salt and pepper to taste
. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
. Tonys creole seasoning ( optional )
