Cryptic: On Tuesday, MAFS star Elizabeth Sobinoff has hit back at trolls and shared an empowering message about ‘knowing your worth’ – after showing off her 10kg weight loss
‘To anyone being bullied online or in real life… please believe in yourself, others only project their insecurities when they are unhappy,’ her post began.
‘Uplift others, don’t deplete their self esteem.’
She told fans that they should know that bullying ‘isn’t normal’.
‘To anyone being bullied online or in real life… please believe in yourself, others only project their insecurities when they are unhappy,’ her post began
‘And no, I’m not referring this to online trolls directed solely at me… but it does get me thinking about relentless bullying.’
She added: ‘Know your worth. Do your best to not let others dictate your individuality. If someone was truly secure in their own life they wouldn’t feel the need to comment negatively on yours.’
The post comes after Elizabeth showed off her slender figure after losing 10kgs last year.
On Friday, she posed up for a series of selfies in a baby pink bustier.

‘The feeling when you finally experience the air fryer… It’s pretty cool,’ she cryptically captioned the post.
In what appeared to be a backyard photoshoot, Lizzie teamed her look with a pair of black jeans.
Last year, Elizabeth told WHO magazine that she follows the popular 5:2 diet, which can improve one’s metabolism and result in weight loss.
‘This has always been me’: Elizabeth revealed the exact diet she followed to lose 10kg. Pictured left on MAFS 2019, and right earlier this year
The 5:2 approach involves eating 25 per cent of the recommended calorie intake on two scheduled fasting days and eating normally for the other five days that week.
In addition, Elizabeth said she works out several times a week to reduce stress.
While exercise burns fat and builds muscle, the added effect of reducing stress results in lower levels of cortisol – a hormone that stimulates your appetite.
Despite her stunning weight loss, Elizabeth said she does not want to ‘glorify’ being thin.
‘It’s still very much me. I know people are going to say, “Well, you look completely different to how we saw you last year.” But don’t always focus on the outer shell,’ she said at the time.
‘This has always been me. We grow, as people. I don’t glorify weight [loss] and be like, “I’m better now”.’
