People comment on how much weight I’ve lost. They want to know how many pounds? I don’t know. What did you do? Nothing special.
I had to let measuring myself and comparing myself to others go. I was creating too much stress in my life, and stress has a much larger effect on health than the number on the scale. When I stepped back and focused on living, my weight stabilized. I eat what I want, exercise when I feel like it, and feel better.
